you charged tax to NC. Competitor Chewey does not

The food was making my dog ill. The fat content was much too high and he was developing problems with his pancreas. I thought that I was buying him something healthy and I was actually making him ill.

2 out of the four bags of dog food that I bought online and ship to me had holes in the bags.

Shipping was inadequate.

Too long shipping time

I utilized the auto ship. Paid 80 dollars for my item and received no discount. Very disappointed.

You don’t deliver as promised, I ordered canned and dry prescription dog food - received the canned food a few days later but not the dry food. I contacted Petflow and was told to wait a few more days...I waited the 3 days... still no food. Contacted customer service again and was then told that no, it really hadn’t shipped. Why wasn’t I told this the first time? I asked that the food be shipped immediately (should have been overnighted in my opinion) but was sent 2 day. I was completely out of my diabetic dog’s food by then. This is EXPENSIVE prescription food....no excuse for this. I was told they would credit my account $10.... all I wanted was the product I paid for to be delivered in a responsible time frame. I will now just order this food from the vet....I’m done with PetFlow...I can’t count on you.

I ordered 3 bags of orijen red Dry dog food 4.5 pounds each .That’s not the first time,first time the food was excellent,smelled like real meat. This time it’s probably not fresh and smells like fish. I am very disappointed,I am not sure I order anything any more, I have 2 unopened bags and don’t know what to do with them. Janna Kordash
