Pricey. Not sure online is an advantage over brick and mortar shopping

Shipping is quick and product lines are extensive. But expensive.

I ordered the Merrick Purrfect Bistro Grain Free Real Chicken & Sweet Potato Recipe Dry Cat Food. When I received my order, it came as the Real Chicken Recipe. No mention of Sweet Potatoes. I emailed to ask about it. They said there must have been a packaging change. When I compared the Guaranteed Analysis, there were several changes. I wish they would have informed me that what I ordered wasn't available. Or at least, that it had changed. Feeling disappointed with this order....

When I search for a product like ear cleaner not only the product I asked for comes up but others I did not ask for so I am wasting my time searching for what I wanted. Also when I searched for a certain brand of food, not everything comes up regarding it. I have to search it out individually - really very annoying when you have multiple pets to buy for.

shipped double order,why?

I've had great success in the past with Pet Flow. However, my last 2 orders of Orijin Cat Treats were not what I expected. 2 bags were just particles of the treats. The treats were nothing but dust. Really disappointed in the quality.

Good experience but the shipping is a tad slow!

It was very difficult to find information regarding product, shipping charges & the free food to shelter animals for a purchase. As a result I ordered the wrong style of food - chunks in gravy instead of pate. I was also disappointed that only one bowl was provided even though I bought 2 cases of Weruva. I thought there would be a free bowl provided for every case ordered. The worst part of the experience was the lack of tracking information. I even signed up for updates to be sent via Messenger, but no information was ever provided. The order was delivered while I was out of town. If I had been notified of progress and an estimated day of delivery I would have made sure I was home. Several days after delivery the tracking page still had the order as 'just shipped' - that is unacceptable.
