Good products but still shipping wrong products

I love the fact that I can get Fromme Catfood for my kitty at PetFlow. After I adopted her last year, I found out she needed $1,500 worth of dental care! Fromm’s is the only thing she can eat. The only difficulty I’ve had is trying to take my orders off of the pre-order send program. I prefer to order one-by-one when I want to order. But that problem has now been solved. Be good service!

I’d give you five stars but your limit how much I can purchase of the products that I buy.

Excellent deal on the wet food I purchased, it did take quite a bit of time to ship. However, this is most likely due to Covid and not the sellers fault. I appreciate the ease of ordering and the excellent price of the product.

I was all set to try Fromms dog treats in a 10 dollar promo when your site said I had to do autoship to get it. I order from you when we need dog food. I don't need one more thing like auto ship to deal with. My dog was disappointed that she didn't get to try the treats. The dog food was here in a timely manner. Good service.

Prices high on certain foods. Need more coupons to offset high costs but free shipping is a plus.

We have used PetFlow for several years and have always been pleased with the service and the variety of pet foods available. Recently, I cancelled my subscription because PetFlow had a person who was very cavalier in attitude manning the phones. I called again and a person answered who understood my situation, checked and found that the person was not honest and promised to get the manager. The manager called. I placed another order and was pleased with the results. I will see if I want to return to the program or not. In the meantime, I will just go on site and order what I need.
