I have called multiple times re: the NON-MOVEABLE SIDE PANEL on the left side of EACH PAGE, NOT JUST THE HOME PAGE, that lists places to shop in your local area, but no change to the PetFlow website has been made. This is NOT a difficult or expensive fix. I know if I want to buy online or locally. I liked the PetFlow site before they made this change, and have been a customer for many years, but this side panel makes my viewing experience absolutely HORRIBLE!!! I am now buying more on other sites where the viewing experience is better, and I am considering ending my relationship with PetFlow if this issue isn't addressed. I am not the only person that has complained about this change to the website, and I've never received an email re: my complaint. IN THE PAST, PetFlow had an EXCELLENT, VERY RESPONSIVE TEAM, that addressed ANY issue; ingredients & guaranteed analysis; new product info; shipping issues; etc. It is so VERY SAD when a company you have LOVED makes a change that is NOT beneficial, and not only doesn't fix the issue, but doesn't even acknowledge your dissatisfaction!!! We'll be watching.....!!!

I have always experienced next day delivery via FedEx & have been satisfied. On my last purchase it took 4 days to receive package w/ no apology or response from FedEx. I realize that PetFlow has no control over them & the world isn't perfect. However, after I emailed PetFlow 2 x's & spoke w/ a Rep (who did apologize) they only offered to stop delivery & credit my account, neither of which happened. I expected more for my inconvenience in staying at home to sign if necessary & having to drive a distance to get my pet's food elsewhere.

I've been ordering the same food for my dog for the past 3 years. The food requires prescription from the doctor (always did). Everything was ok until my last order, which was cancelled. When I called them back, the rep told me that our vet denied knowing anything about my dog. This being the same dog and the same vet from previous orders. I was sure there was some mix-up, called PetFlow and placed another order. I also called VetSource (who do vet verification for PetFlow) and explained the situation to them. My second order got also cancelled. Called PetFlow again, placed another order. Called VetSource. Had them on the phone while I called the vet to make sure prescription gets approved. It did, but VetSource told me they can't find my order. Called PetFlow and placed order #4. Found today that it was cancelled again for the same reason. In the meantime, my dog is running out of food. Guess I'll have to find another source fast... UPDATE: Had to place another order (#5) to get the food. Upgraded shipping for free (+1 star), so the food came one day before we completely ran out.

It has been two weeks since I placed my order, and I have yet to receive it. I haven’t event received an email confirming the order shipped. Two emails have stated that PetFlow is unable to reach my vet, however, I’ve been in contact with them and they have not received any communication from the company. I’m not sure where the ball was dropped, but at this point I’m seeking a refund so I can take my business elsewhere. My dog has now run out of dry kibble and I had to make an hour and a half drive to the nearest PetSmart to pick up a bag. I have never experienced problems with PetFlow in the past, so needless to say I’m pretty disappointed.

Prices and shipping are great. Packaging unacceptable. On my recent order one can of cat food had been punctured and leaked all over the box and other cans of cat food. It was a mess and caused a horrible odor in the box and on the other cans. It took some time to clean (I had to remove the labels from several other cans in order to improve the odor). When I called customer service all they would do was to credit me for one can of cat food (a little over $1.00). I would have expected a little more compensation for the mess I encountered when I unpacked my order. I want to like this store but this is the second order I have encountered where cans were either dented or punctured.

Bag was ripped & open. Box was half open. Loose kibble in the box.

It was time to order more food for my puppy. I'd ordered from PetFlow before, so I knew what to expect regarding shipping times. I placed the order, and while I was at it, added food for my older dog (which I didn't really need yet,but thought I might as well order both at the same time) plus a few toys. I received an email a day or two later, telling me the shipment would be delayed. It turned out the food for my older dog had been out of stock in our closer warehouse, so they sent the entire order out to be shipped from the East Coast. It caused that shipment to arrive at least a week later, too late for our puppy food stores. I called PetFlow to find out why the shipment was going to be late, and how late.They said they'd send out more puppy food (which they'd had in stock all along),so it would arrive here sooner than the East Coast shipment.In the end,the "quicker"shipment arrived only a day ahead of the East Coast shipment, and I literally was down to one cup of food. It's bad to suddenly feed a puppy a completely different food,so I had been stressing out for days,not sure we'd get the right food in time. I was disappointed that when PetFlow saw that order,and saw they were out of the one food,that they failed to email or call me,to ask me what I'd prefer about the situation.Of course I would have asked them to ship the puppy food quickly,and the older dog's food later. But they didn't bother asking me until it was too late. This might all sound like a petty gripe,but it really did cause me a lot of stress.

If you sign up for Autoship the only way you can cancel it is by calling. Wouldn't have ever purchased with the Autoship had I known that. Will probably use other websites in the future because of this.
