We were so excited to get our shipment of new toys and treats for our new puppies! They loved their new toys and treats. They loved their Kong teething sticks and their bully bites. We were a bit surprised by the size of things such as the jolly ball which was a bit smaller that expected. We got our package in a timely fashion despite the corona virus going around. Our puppies loved everything we got! It was so fun shopping for them!

We found PetFlow after our normal pet food provider cancelled our order the day it was to be shipped. Not typically a big deal, but it is a prescription food that is difficult to find. The website was easy to navigate and what we needed was available. The response time for questions was quick and updates on prescription approvals were fantastic. A lifesaver for sure.
