The dog food got here and that was fine but it took a week that’s not fine.

I love that I can find my dogs food and have it dropped on my door. I would’ve given 4 or 5 starts but this last order I did was a bit frustrating. When I ordered my food the website asked me what day I wanted the food to ship to me and I chose the 16th. I waited and waited and finally got an email on the 19th (3 days after my request) saying my food shipped. Then it said It wouldn’t be delivered til the 23rd. I don’t think they should’ve asked me what day I wanted it shipped if they weren’t going to comply with it.

I switched to PetFlow from a similar delivery company because they seemed to have the brand I buy in stock more reliably, but I have to say I'm a little disappointed so far. I signed up for an auto-ship and reached out to customer service (via text which was pretty cool) a full week after I placed my order because I had not yet received a shipping confirmation. A customer service rep reached out to me quickly, confirmed that my order was "still processing in the warehouse," and the next day I received email notification that my order was shipped. I'm not about to cancel my auto-ship yet, I'll wait to see if my next order is delayed. I will, however, update the frequency so I have a larger grace period between orders and I won't run out of food.

I'm giving you a three because it really bothers me when I go to check out you try and force me to use your auto shipping. Get rid of that it totally sucks. Make it simple to check out. Checking out on your site really sucks.

My only complaint about petFlow is that sometimes my bags of dog treats come crushed. The outer shipping box is okay, which leads me to believe they got mishandled when being packed or somewhere further upstream. The biscuits are in tiny pieces, with a lot of powder, difficult to offer to a big dog. Pls ask your handlers to be more careful of the product.

I ordered 2 things - a bag of dog food and a squeaky toy. The items came really quick. The squeaky toy was perfect and my dog loved it! The bag of dog food arrived with a hole in the top. This is a bit concerning because I don't know how long the hole was there. Is the dog food still fresh? Did anything get inside? I got a new puppy so I needed to food to feed him and he's been eating it fine so I kept the food. But it is still concerning that PetFlow would deliver a bag of food with a giant hole in it.

This order was missing a bag of dog food, also the box was not in good condition at all. Customer service is always quick to remedy, but I've also received almost expired goods...twice. I continue to use them because it is one of the few places to get the brand I use for my dog and their customer service.

Good when they deliver on time. They give good discounts but when your delivery isn’t on time and you have to take time out to go get food till the delayed delivery what’s the point of the discount.
