It took me forever to delete an auto ship program. You have to call, wait and then repeatedly tell the agent that you really do want to cancel. And when I tried to place a one time order (I clicked all the right boxes) Petflow made it an auto ship so now I have to call again to get it cancelled. Making it difficult to delete an auto ship and created unwanted auto ships is the reason I won't order from Petflow again.

I’ve gotten dog food with bugs in it and bones with little worms. Shipping lately has been taking a full week unlike chewy’s 2 days.

It was in stock dog food, got my confirmation email promptly, this included an eta that was very quick and acceptable as well as a tracking number, two days before it was scheduled to arrive I get an email saying it had to come “from a more distant” warehouse, that would add 2-3 buisness days to the shipping, think it was arriving on a Friday originally so 2-3 buisness days equates to five days, they’re no cheaper than anywhere else, and come to find out they’re no faster either, upon notification of the delay I purchased the same thing from amazon, and it arrived 2 days before Pet-flows did, other than that, great dog food, oh yeah, and I will never use their service again... almost forgot that

Received e=coupon said site wide use. Tried to used it and couldn't. At the bottom of the email in print so small I couldn't read it with my glasses (had to get my wife to read it), it said not valid for food. So I don;t plan on doing business with PetFlow again. Could see the print and contacted Petflow about coupon and was informed about exclusions from customer service. Asked them what they didn't understand about site wide.

One of the two big bags of dog food arrived unsealed, obviously the shipping clerk choose to ignore it and ship it anyway. I’ll be shopping elsewhere in the future.
