Great Orijen dog food products! Customer Service is fantastic. Only reason I did not give a 5 star rating is the shipping department hardly ever puts enough tape on the boxes to survive shipping - most of the time the tape has come off on portions of the tape job, due to handling from UPS or FedEx - especially on a box they put two bags of 23lb dog food in. Even happened on a box with just one bag of food that I"m trying now vice one box to 2 bags. Shipping Dept needs to heed this and at least double-up tape on boxes. I've talked to Customer Service several times on this topic and they pass it on to Shipping to no real avail. THIS NEEDS TO BE FIXED

The cockatiel seed mix looks and smells good. The big box of spray millet not fresh at all weird smell. My birds are not eating it.

Ordering and checkout process is exhausting. Tried to order several times, difficult system to navigate for checkout. When I did checkout it said you were out of stock but when Ordering it said you were in stock.

The first order came in 2 days and I was very happy with everything. The next order never came and was tendered to Fed Ex after about a week of waiting. I called Petflow and they sent another order out with a rush. It never came either and was tendered to Fed Ex at the same point in the shipment. It's not the companies fault but they need to get on Fed Ex and see what is going on. I am a breeder and have lots of dogs so when I need dog food I can't wait. I spent alot of time on the phone and computer trying to sort it all out. I won't be ordering from them again as I am not confident that the order will ever arrive.

I received the bag of dog food with no packaging. The bag was crushed and flattened. When did you stop using a shipping box ?

So on September 16, 2023 I ordered my cats prescription Hills food. I understand this was a Saturday but I just received my cats food today September 28 2023. It is very frustrating because this is a prescription food that has a stress reliever in it. This would be like us not taking our medicine. I called six times during this course of 12 days. The person on the other end would say it’s in the warehouse and it would be shipped. I heard this several times. So on my last phone call the person on the other end said that my order was canceled and I was never told. Finally, someone got back with me and figured it out. Unacceptable because I rely on you.

This was my first order, and it is already 3 days late from when it was supposed to arrive. I had to go to pet supermarket to but stop gap supplies. Not impressed.

Packaging was terrible and most treats were either broken or crushed just from moving around in the box with no bubble packaging.
