This company has really gone down hill
This company has really gone down hill. After four years of being a happy customer of their spoiled rotten boxes and scheduled food deliveries, I had a very negative experience trying to modify one of my subscription programs. We were trying a new fresh diet for our dog and Petflow made it difficult to cancel the regular food shipments we had scheduled, requiring multiple interactions with "customer service" in which they repeatedly attempted to retain our business even though they didn't carry the products we wanted. Out of frustration I also canceled a subscription we had for some supplements Modeling your cancellation process after the cable company is not a good way to make your customers happy. It has been a couple of years and I needed to order a new bag of dry food to supplement the fresh food we've been feeding our dogs and I thought I'd give them a second chance. Well, this has turned into another hassle in which they notified me a day after I placed the order that they were actually out of the product and I should expect a 2 days delay. Strangely they canceled the original order and placed a second one, but whatever. Now, a couple days later (well past the revised promised ship date) I find that the second order has disappeared leaving only the original order (still listed as canceled) and a credit card charge for the full amount. In summary: this company will make it hard for you to change subscriptions if it means they might lose some business and has no problem charging you up front for orders that they then cancel. It shouldn't take multiple contacts with customer service for such routine occurrences and I wouldn't want to rely on them in the future for something as critical as ensuring my pet has food available in a timely manner.
