I had a great overall experience with PetFlow. Although, my prescription item was out of stock on the distributors end, PetFlow was easy to contact. I utilized their text message option and found out about my order quickly. They also reversed the charge on my account promptly themselves. Since then they have been in close contact via email about the situation. Never experienced such ease with ordering from any company etc!
