great company to deal with, customer service,products etc, always very friendly on the phone, and always quick to correct any problems if you have one, in my case I have never had one, so as far as improvement I would say, you don't need any, keep up the good work !!!!!

Had a bag of dog food that came with a cut in the bag and dogfood spilled out into the box. I emailed customer service. They quickly replied, apologized, and asked if I wanted a new bag or a refund. I got the new bag a few days later. Great customer service!

Sent me a free replacement after FedEx delivered my package to the wrong address. Called to see if they could help me reorder my senior dog's prescription dry food since it needs vet approval, and they offered to replace it for free and contact FedEx as well. Have never had a company so willing to help me and be so understanding about it. Extremely impressed with their customer service.

I had been using the "Big" pet supply company, but when I heard of PetFlow, I thought I'd take a look. Prices vary - so far, always less than the #1, and last order, they were substantially less, with quick shipping, and for whatever reason, cans of pet food don't seem to be nearly as beaten-up when I receive them. Way to go, PetFlow!
