Great quality food

I have had good service from Petflow until my last two orders where I have had dented cans and my last order one can was completely crushed.

Before my last shipment I believe it was in February I was on a system that automatic shipping every so weeks for my 15-year-old cat in my eight-year-old cat. Everything went smooth and in the last three months I never got one shipment of the canned food there they said they couldn’t get Hills special diet CD. But then I called again and they said well your veterinarian won’t return her calls . Just went back-and-forth I’m sure you have the documentation make a long story short I have now switched over to chewy and I got my shipment two cases of CD cat food chicken and vegetable and the CD dry food in 48 hours to days! I’m going to continue to use Pet Flow for my dog he has a Gastro intestinal problem and I’m on AutoShip. I don’t know what happened I loved Pet Flow you guys were the most attentive customer service orientated people that I ever worked with to buy something. Obviously something is changed and your corporate office better find out what it is because I’m sure I’m not gonna be the only one that’s gonna stop using you. I’m so sorry for your company having this problem not being able to give good customer service and not being able to buy hills food and knowingly that is a prescription diet you people should’ve got back to me and you never did once I had a call over and over and over again!!! Damaged Can in Delivery I haven't tried the food yet, but from the reviews I read, cats seemed to love it. I'll know in a few days. I am short one can because one was crushed either in the packaging or delivery. It has mold on it and I'll have to throw it away. This may not be PetFlow's fault, but I honestly can rank this transaction 5 stars as a result of this.

Items took a little long to get here, but the quality and pricing was good. Will buy from here again.

Good customer service, notifies you if anything is running behind etc.

Love Pet Flow; especially the texting with customer service. I always get a quick reply if there's a problem with my order being delayed. They have what I need, they're quick to ship and provide great service. There was a couple of times I placed an order and got an email confirmation, but, my order history was not updated to reflect it, and it wasn't shipped. But, a quick text solved that problem!

PetFlow is great, awesome inventory, competitive prices, BUT.... Delivery can take some time. The PetFlow website indicated my 33lb Dog Food order shipped on a Thursday, it never shipped until the following week. As a result I ran out of food and had to go buy a bag local, and learned the local store also delivers at the same price. So with PetFlow you need to order early, don't expect a rush shipment.
