The company does not pack their dog food cans like in the past. I consistently get cans that are dented to the point I can not open them.No bubble wrap or other material to absorb being thrown about by the delivery people or even the people packing these to be shipped. Can't get my electric opener to open the bottom either, so they just have to be thrown away. At close to $3.00 a can and being on a fixed income, this is not a good experience.

Called to order item that Chewy.com did not have in stock - PetFlow said they did - waited a week and did not receive the order - checked back with PetFlow and they said they did not have product in stock and canceled the order which left me high and dry in regards to the fact that my cat has allergies and the z/d diet is the only food he is able to eat - will not do business with PetFlow -SS

As I said on a previous email, the bag had no protection from the top of the box where one had to slit the box open. I did not use a long knife and I tried to keep my small knife toward the surface. Nevertheless, there was a long slit in the food bag near the middle, where the box opens, and there was another, shorter multiple slit over toward the side that I can't even account for. Obviously, there's a lot to be desired in the packaging. I haven't used the food long enough to comment on it and am beginning to wonder if I should have just returned it because of the slits over toward one side. I may not use this company again for my dog food order even though they've offered a discount.

I have only ordered once. When I received the package several of the cans were dented and 1 or more was unusable. When I called to tell them I was given a $10 credit for a future order. My prescription food has been discontinued so I have a worthless $10 credit and no replacement for the damaged cans that I paid for and cannot use.

Have requested on numerous orders of treats to be packaged properly to prevent breakage of treats and this does not happen. Associates are ALWAYS friendly and curterious but packaging and shipping is inadequate. The shipping department needs a complete orientation how to package prior to shipping!!

I tried Pet Flow because my cat's food was not available through my usual service. I found the pet flow site which indicated that they had the food. I placed my order, and got an email a couple hours later saying they didn't have my food after all. It's been a week and I still don't have it. Not a good first impression.

Waited waaaaay to long to inform me that food was out of stock. My cat is on a special diet. Waiting over a week to inform me that my order could not be filled is not good business when my cat has no other food options. If you don’t have food in stock, don’t wait a week to inform customers.
