I love the service from Petflow, having the dog food delivered to my door automatically is a huge timesaver for me. And the price is very competitive. The reason I am giving 4 stars is because I recently learned that you cannot just cancel your autoship online. You can delay it, but if you want to cancel you need to call them. When I called, I was immediately on hold for quite some time. Then eventually asked to leave a message. I have not received a call back and am not sure if my autoship was cancelled. I still have my main autoship, but we have a new puppy and are unclear on which food we will be using. I prefer to cancel that particular autoship, then add one back on when I know what he will be eating regularly.

Pet Flow has met or exceeded expectations. Sometimes though packing is a little rough like dented cat food. Customerservice is always helpful. Thanks Mike

Love the service but bags show up in a box looking like they have been to war and last two shipments the bags are compromised and leaking food

Petflow has a great variety of products. Our puppy has been on a particular brand and formula of food that I had trouble finding on other websites at a reasonable price. Petflow had it and at a great price.

They always get my order correct and it arrives on time. I find the website a little difficult to navigate at times. I dislike having to call to change order/timing. I stopped ordering cans because many times they were so damaged I couldn’t open them. One time a couple had burst and leaked on the other cans. I must say it definitely is more convenient than trying to find the brand, flavor, and size I need near me.

This was my first time buying from from the website and it went well. I received an item early and thought I wasn’t going to receive the rest so I used the text method and I got a response right away. I was more then satisfied with the attention to solve what I thought was a problem. I totally recommend petflow!

Items I ordered were fine and the price was reasonable. Would have preferred that they had been boxed rather then an unpaded envelope.

Petflow is great. Shipping is slow. Fed ex is always slow!!
