Good pet food,but shipping speed needs to be faster

I love Petflow. The only problem that I have had is that they pack 2 large bags of food in one box, which makes it very heavy for the delivery person. Therefore, a lot of times they kinda throw the box onto my porch which not only breaks the box open, but seems to also break some of the bags of dog food open as well. After about that happening about 3-4 times I called the company and they gladly replaced the last bag that broke open. THEIR CUSTOMER SERVICE IS WONDERFUL. They jJust have to pack 1 bag of food per box. I don't ever have a problem then. Gale

Overall customer service is great and personal phone service works too. They just use Fed Ex for shipping, which isn't as reliable as other methods in our area.

Part of the shipment I received was outdated by four months. When I called to report this, an immediate replacement was sent and received within three days ! Thanks for your quick response.

Processing of orders are timely and consistant. Packaging of the product has room for improvement. I have received packages with the box insufficiently taped such that if there had been small items they would have fallen out and there is seldom any filler around the item in the box. Since I buy 25 lb. bags of dog food the packaging is not that big an issue for me.

They are the only place that carries my dog food that I can have shipped to me. Ive been ordering from them for years. Sometimes there’s a delay and if there’s a problem with the order they correct it right away.

Quick and easy to make orders only reason for the 4 stars is I felt shipping was a long but put the food on auto ship for next time.And I understand the whole world is still upside down. Glad to have found this site, between Petflow and Chewys your fur babies will have it made and your wallet will thank you

Things were purchased for a registered puppy we don't get into mid October. Can not respond accurately yet.
