Got a bag of expired Orijen freeze-dried dog and called customer service. They agreed to send me a replacement. I waited for a week and got another expired bag from the same warehouse. I had to call Petflow customer service again and finally got a fresh replacement. It’s so disappointing that they didn’t hold up to their promise all of their products are “fresh”. I give two stars because their customer service staff are nice and helpful.

Dented cans The reason why I gave such a poor review is because the last few times I’ve ordered my Fromm wet cans from petflow , a lot of the cans were dented and that’s is terrible in my eyes . I had purchased Fromm from chewy.com and the box that they shipped in were better packaged and were of good quality as opposed to petflow boxes.

Clunky website straight out of early 2000's. You can't make any changes to your ongoing order unless you call the customer service line, which usually is too busy to talk to a real person so you have to leave a message. And then they will mix up your order most of the time. We stopped using PetFlow after repeated mix ups with the order. It's like the individual employees care and are friendly but somehow things just get mixed up for who knows why. I got tired of having it wrong so now I buy my pet food from another source. I'll never go back to PetFlow. Why should I pay more for less service?

The Himalayan cheese stick was broken when we got it and it didnt give the dogs anything to spend their time chewing on. As for the fromm food and bully sticks those were fine.

I have had 2 orders of dog food have to be shipped from remote locations, thus taking far longer than they should have to arrive. After the first time I thought the problem would have been corrected, ut it wasn't.

Trying to change or add to your auto ship is impossible. The first time I called and the gal was very pleasant and helped me. I got a note saying they were having issues with website. So again this month, decided to add onto my auto ship, it tells me I don’t have an account, so try and set up new one and it says you already have an account. You just can’t get into it. I never had these issues with chewy, would not of changed to petflow if Chewy still carried my dog food. Guess it is time to change brands

I have been with Petflow for many years, and have rarely experienced a problem. This last experience, though, has made me rethink whether I want to continue with you. Your associates are all very nice and friendly and helpful, but as with many other companies who can’t seem to handle the amount of work before them, one little mistake turns into a series of mistakes, which kept me on the phone multiple times, and for over an hour in total, trying to remedy a situation that was caused by a mistake from the very first associate I dealt with, with this particular order. I hope this doesn’t happen again. Otherwise, I will be switching to another company.

I used to use chewy I would order then have it in two days but they stopped selling my dog food. My mistake was going with petflow. I assumed it would be the same. I ordered on Thursday and the tracking said delivery Sat. then on Sat. I checked just to see and it had changed to the following Tuesday even though its in GA about a hour from where I live. My daughter also ordered food and its been about a week since she ordered. Now I am going to have to go pick something up to tide my dogs over til I get it.
