I purchased prescription cat food - the only food my cat can eat without getting sick. It appears my order got lost in shipping. I called PetFlow and they tracked my order down and got the order to me 1 day before my cat ran out of food. Emily went over and above to help me.

My order was filled completely inspite of covid interruptions in carrying out business. Part of my order did not arrive, but the company responded quickly when I let them know what happened.

PetFlow is not only dependable and professional, but also friendly and knowledgeable whenever I have called with a question.

The only drawback was the squeaky bear. His coat lasted 5 minutes before splitting open. Everything else was excellent.

They worked with me every step of the way to get approval for my dogs food prescription and the second they got it the delivery arrived in 1 day! Customer service is amazing and helpful and delivery is fast and efficient. Thank you
