I normally go to a specialty pet store for my dog's food but because of the pandemic I decided to order online. And I'm glad I did because it came really fast and overall it costed me the same as driving to the store and getting it myself. Very convenient...

Quick delivery.

I was unable to find my cat's prescription food at any local store, vet's office or our regular online retailer. It appeared to be either discontinued or just unexpectedly sold out everywhere. The manufacturer's product locater site directed me to PetFlow, the only place known to have the food in stock at that time. I quickly ordered it and assumed we'd be subjected to a shipment delay which has been typical when ordering prescription pet food. To my (and my pet's) delight, the food arrived much more quickly than with the online retailers I'd used in the past. Thumbs and paws up for PetFlow.

I switched to pet flow from Chewy because my dog was sick and I ordered ahead from chewy and it was taking over a week to get the dog food. I ordered from PetFlow and I received my order within three business days, my order from PetFlow actually arrived before chewy’s order did. I even called customer service at Chewy to see if I could speed up the shipping of it, I explained that my dog was sick and it was not an option. What really matters to me is when I order food for him I expect it in a reasonable amount of time and PetFlow did that for me. Now I can’t even use it because I had to change the kind of food that my dog eats to digestive care. In my opinion companies don’t even care about the animal anymore, it seems that it’s turned into being all about the money to them.

I have ordered from PetFlow several times and have been more than satisfied. Thank you PetFlow for being so reliable when people need it most.
