Even though you put the information to bring the package to my door, the delivery is left in the lobby. I’m 81 years old and small and it I’d difficult to drag the packages to my apartment

Besides the 5 day delay due to the delivery company, everything arrived. This was my first order and I look forward to figuring out my schedule and not having to go to the pet store!

Fast shipping, good prices. Last shipment not packed very well. Kitty litter too heavy for flimsy box. 😐

It's a cute quality toy, but I didn't see my dog responding to it as claims of the manufacturers claim. My dog seems to respond more to regular toys that emit a regular sweek noise.

There was some kind of problem with varifing a special diet perscription through my veterinarian even though my vet does business with their supplier and my order was delayed for several day's but all is good now and the delivery came day's eirlier than expected.

My first purchase. Two bags of Fromm cat food. The delivery was never made. Called customer service. Replacement bags were sent out the next morning, and arrived the day after that. A bad start, but customer service came through. Never found out why the first delivery wasn't made. It might have been a FedEx problem, but I'm not sure of that. I'll see what happens when I make another order.

Customer Service is great, but it is annoying to not be able to modify my account without calling every time.

Purchasing from PetFlow is easy. We love not having to leave home to obtain our dogs' food, being able to have regularly scheduled deliveries, and having flexibility to speed up or slow down deliveries if ever needed. I didn't give a five-star rating only because the internal packaging is sometimes damaged on the wet food and we end up with loose and/or dented cans.
