Always 5 stars!! Turns out they had some issues w their new website. But they finally did get back to me explaining everything and they got my auto ship out today with lots of responding emails. I’ve NEVER EVER had any issues and they go above and beyond to help and always very responsive. I’ve always had great customer service via chat and they ALWAYS answered my questions or solved my issues. They are always kind and friendly. Always get my dog food on time! Thanks Pet Flow!

Unlike their competitor, they don't cram dozens of cans of dog food in a giant box that later gets dropped repeatedly by FedEx. When I get a box with over 50 lbs of canned dog food in it, all of the cans on one side (and sometimes two sides) are damaged and partially open, having to be discarded.

First: the company provides quality products at competitive prices. Second: delivery is quick and reliable. Third AND MOST IMPORTANT PetFlow provides their customers with equally qualified representatives that are available to assist customers like myself and especially in my order placement today. Whitney not only was knowledgeable about products that I have consistently purchased in the past but offered her opinions about some new ones. Whitney's professional and personally experience with products was of enormous and invaluable help. Whitney is an ASSET that any company would be proud to have in their employ.
