I never had any problems when dealing with PetFlow. However, I recently found out that the PetFlow site had been compromised by a third party and that many e-mails and passwords had been accessed, including mine.

So glad that PetFlow had my dog's food in stock! I was using Chewy for years but they have been out of my dog's food for a few months. My dog has allergies and food intolerances so it is important that he eats a specific diet. I am on auto-ship with PetFlow now; plus PetFow ships much faster than Chewy!

Fast shipping, they stand behind their product and when I received a bag of dog food that was damaged in shipment - they replaced it . Great service. I’ve been a customer for years. :)
