Shipment came right on time except a can was busted open and dog food everywhere so had a mess to clean up.

I placed an order for 3 bags of dog food and received one bag. I waited 5 days for the other 2 bags to arrive then wrote petflow asking them to follow up and let me know something. Have not heard back from them after 2 days. Will see how long it takes before I run out of food and have to buy local.

All though is showed a product available, let me put it in the cart and complete the transaction, it failed to tell me the product was not actually available, and no dates when it's would be available. It should have showed it up front. Polite customer service, but the order system is flawed.

I'd like to receive 5% or 10% offers without having to chose autoship. I had 4 dogs but I knew I would be saying goodbye to 2 of them around the same time due do cancer. So I would be needed less food and I was right, they passed close together. Also, I'm a Snowbird and I often decide to pack up and leave in a short notice. I didn't want food in route and me packed up and waiting for it.

I ordered 2 bags of Fromms dog food as I usually did when I needed it . IThis was done and I was told it could be perhaps 3 or 4 days maybe 5 . After at least a week I called and was told it was going to be shipped. Food atrived today at least 2 weeks after ordering. I was quite surprised and disappointed since I used PetFlow often in ordering my dog food . I will order again hoping this was a onetime stutter.

Customer service was perfect - where my product came from sent me the wrong food. When I called your customer service the person I spoke with was great - however the food I badly needed was out-of-stock. I still have not heard when I might be getting my order and still have the product I did not order. This was very inconvenient and not what my kitty is suppose to hear because of him being badly neglected and abandoned his intestinal system is impaired and cannot eat just any food.

Delivery is too slow.

Well I would have rated them 4 stars but my last dog food package had ants in the bag with a clear hole that was there prior to shipping. Now we have ants in our house. It should have been noticed.
