PetflowReviews of petflow.com

Petflow was great when they first came out. Great prices and fast shipping. Now there prices are the same or higher than the pet stores. They got people hooked on ordering online for the low prices. Then they jacked them up high counting on everyone to buy just for the convenience of having it delivered to you door. Now all you get is over priced, shipped late, and now with sales tax, pet supplies conveniently shipped right to your door. Great.

Customer service is awesome. But the whole process is confusing. Delayed responses from automated updates, then told the food was out of stock and then received an automated email saying it’s being shipped. Just so many emails and phone calls to order a simple bag of dog food.

I got my order but cans were dented and the merrick cat food I ordered was all over the other cans. This is not the only time this has happened. I shared a review much like this one stating something needed to be done with packing.

Ordered then happened to call back a fuel days later and was told there was a delay in the order it would have been nice to have been told this was told they sent a email Was not was told it must be in spam Was not I like honesty it would not have been to bad to just say we messed up .I guess the coustomer is not right to there company too bad kim Swartz

Part of order was a case of cat food. Opened first can, was covered in mold. Attempted to call customer service, on hold too long, hung up and threw out case of cat food.

I switched to petflow from Chewy, because Chewey stopped selling my brands. However, every shipment I get; the bags are torn and food is all over the box and smells. Your customer service is always stellar, but I am tired of calling you about torn bags! It may not be you? It may be FEDEX or UPS who transfers your food? I would talk with them! For now I am cancelling my PetFlow account.

I did not receive my entire order
