I ordered 2 cases of caru real beef stew and only received 2 containers. When I first called customer service they said that they need to have the two containers picked up and they will ship the two cases that I already said for. Then I received a call from customer service responding to my email and she stated that she will make sure that I receive my two cases and that I don't need to send the rep containers back. I then received a note on the door from fedx stating that they were by to pick up the two containers of dog food. Really! I have to say that Chewy has awesome turn around and customer service. The only reason I tried flow is that I wanted to order Fromm and didn't find it on Chewy’s site. I will call them to see if they can start ordering it for me.

Prescription pet food is a racket, there is no chemical drug in the food, just the way the ingredients are balanced for particular purposes. Petflow does not honor any of their promotional discounts on prescription diets which is bogus. I suspect there is some kind of price fixing between manufacturer and retailer. Also they cut my order short and charged me shipping without notifying me, pretty lousy i'd say.

After ordering I received a message stating that my order would ship today and I would get an email stating that my order had shipped. After 3 days I sent an email to PetFlow to ask if my order had shipped. The reply I received about a day later apologized for the delay due to the Memorial Day holiday weekend, informed me that a $10 credit has been added to my account, and said that my order should ship on Monday. On the following Wednesday I received a notice that my order had shipped. I'll probably place an order again sometime with the understanding that it may take a week and a half for it to arrive. The inundation of emails from PetFlow after my order was placed was horrific!!!

The price is a little more than Chewy unless you do the auto shipment. I was disappointed because it took so long to arrive. I am hoping the auto shipment arrives at 4 weeks and not a week later.

I have not been notified I got a return for the dog food I sent back last week. I can't manage my auto deliveries. I didn't get notice a dog food shipment was coming until it was too late to cancel it.

Shipping takes way too long.

General unhappiness with this company. After the last problem with my shipped dog food, I’m moving on. I wish Chewy still carried my dog food brand!
