Two three month prescriptions shipped in less than a month and sent UPS tracking for a USPS package
I have no idea why they shipped the 2nd 3 month supply only a couple of weeks after the 1st. The 1st order email included a UPS link to track and I did not notice there was not a Letter in the tracking and called you in a panic. It did arrive on time USPS as it took a manager to tell me that it had been sent USPS and not UPS. Then at Christmas time they sent the 2nd 3 month supply!!!!

I got one order but I'm still waiting for the other one. Availability and turn around time has been very slow. My last order was shipped on the 27th of November however I've had no updates since then. I don't know if it's lost or what's happening

kibble less then fresh
I generally order my dogs kibble (Health Extension, Buffalo & Whitefish 23lb.) from Chewy, but they were out of stock so I ordered from Pet Flow. I was pleasantly surprised to see it was $5 cheaper and no difference in shipping cost. Delivery time was several days longer, but I order with plenty of lead way so that wasn't a problem. Box arrived looking like it had been dropped kicked by an elephant, but bag of food was not damaged, so again, not a problem. Freshness was a problem.
Generally upon opening this particular food you are blasted with a very fishy smell but this food just smelled stale, borderline rancid. The kibble, usually very dark brown and oily, was light brown and dry. I checked the expiration date and it was 3 months from expiration. On a food with an 18 month shelf life in ideal conditions (I checked with the company) it was towards its golden age and hard telling where it has been stored over the summer. Not living in an area where I can simply drive to a pet store to replace it, I began feeding it to my dogs topped with lots of fresh food toppers. And, thinking it was just a fluke to get such an old bag of food, I ordered two more bags from Pet Flow, hoping for something fresher to replace it. They were eating the stale food, but it bothered me to be feeding them something that was possibly not the heathiest for them. I'll mention also, that replacing an $80 sac of food is not the heathiest to my budget either!
The two additional bags of kibble arrived. The box had been torn open and had been retaped, corners smashed in and one side of the box totally split. The FedEx guys let the whole herd of elephants play soccer with this one! But, again the bags of kibble had survived. I did not open them but immediately checked the expiration date. Same as the stale bag of kibble I was trying to replace!
Feeling like there was I high probability that the two new bags were no fresher than the last, I looked into Pet Flows return policy. Well, that was the second unpleasant Pet Flow surprise. No returns on opened food, and it will cost more $ to send the unwanted stuff back! I very rarely return things, but when I have had to return something to Chewy, I was never questioned, it was no matter if the food had been opened, and cheerful, easy, free return.
Why two stars instead of one for my Pet Flow experience? When I called about returning the two latest bags of kibble, the representative was easy to understand and very helpful. My experience with her, at least, was very pleasant. I won't say that I will never buy from Pet Flow again, but probably not my first choice for items that I prefer fresh.

It would be so awesome to actually be…
It would be so awesome to actually be able to use a coupon code I am sent from this company without having to contact them. It's always the same answer, too-"Oh, that coupon has been used before." This is not a good response when they are the ones who sent me the coupon code! Someone has managed a fix the last two times, but I really don't appreciate the hassle or being made to feel like I am trying to get one over on them.

Too slow
You are too slow with getting the ordered items processed and shipped, it is taking over a week for me to get what I need, I can order from Chewy or Walmart and get it in a few days, I am trying my best to be patient since some of your prices are more than reasonable

Can't cancel a program online = Sleazy
I don't like how you can't cancel a reoccurring shipping program without calling. This is a sleazy business practice. Are you really trying to earn money off people by having them pay for things they don't want? It should not be difficult to not buy things.
