Petflow's auto shipping has always been reliable. Not having to manhandle big bags of dogfood in and out of a cart is a plus, but mostly it just helps to simplify my life a little bit.

Pet Flow carries Fromm wet and dry dog food, which is a BIG plus to me! And, I received my order in just two days! Very happy customer :)

Petflow alerted me that my package had been damaged and that a new one was on its way. The tracking and delivery for the new package was exceptional! while I had to wait a few days more since the new package went out a few days after my original order, it came on time with no damage! They didn't charge me extra, it was a new package at no cost to me!

All of my orders arrive promptly. If there is an error, they correct it ASAP. Fromm is my dog food preference and they carry it in stock. I've never missed an item because it is out of stock. (I ordered a SALE item and received it with my next order. Now that tells me that when I added it to my order, they set it aside for my order.) Great company to deal with.
