Took one star off as I'm not crazy about the shipping, food comes in the smallest possible boxes that are literally ripping at the seams by the time they arrive. I used to do an order of 3 bags of dog food, cut down to 2 for this very reason and same result, just a smaller box holding weight more than it was intended. I also wish we could delete an autoship online if needed, as opposed to calling. Apart from that, easy to use and quick deliveries.

The pricing was nice but the delivery took 6 days and we thought that was a little long.

I like Petflow and everything is processed and shipped quickly. The one thing I don't like are all the discount coupons offered with strings. Every time I get a discount coupon it's only valid if I set up my orders on auto ship. How about offering a discount coupon for once without strings to thank ongoing customers for their business rather than always trying to get something in return.

This order went pretty well except they ended up out of one of the items I ordered and didn't inform me until afterwards. That dropped the price below free shipping threshold but they still didn't charge me so I guess all is good. Order arrived in good condition, as advertised and quickly.

Petflow offers a wide range of products for cats. I wish it offered bird seed, too.

I have trouble with the communication between my Veterinary practice and your pharmacy for prescription foods verification. I tried to give correct phone number for my Vet office, it was listed wrong in your system. Don't know if it was corrected, or if my Vet just doesn't ever reply to you.

From order to arrival, shipping time was similar to Chewy...maybe an extra day. My only complaint (and the reason for dropping a star) is that I never received an order confirmation email, nor a shipping email. I waited three days, then phoned the company, since I couldn’t tell for certain whether my order had gone through or not. Customer service was friendly and helpful, and gave me the carrier and tracking number over the phone. Had I received email communication via email, I would have given 5 stars.
