The order arrived quickly and in one piece. PetFlow’s packing has gotten better over time and this is much appreciated. I used to avoid shopping from this vendor because just about every order arrived damaged. I realize the shipper is partially to blame, however if the box is not packed correct from the start, things just don’t turn out well.

Great service and products at a good price.

I was frustrated with how long that other online pet supply merchant, that rhymes with screwy, was taking to deliver my orders so was looking for an alternative. I saw an ad that PetFlow supports pet shelters with every purchase so I gave them a shot. Same price as screwy, but super fast delivery (like screwy used to be) very pleased, have already placed my replacement order!

I have brought dog food and treats from PetFlow for years. I usually get within a few days. I know they are doing everything they can to get my orders to me as quick as they can. I have never had any problems.

I am real happy and satisfied with all my orders 😊. Will continue 😊.

Easy to order and quick delivery.

Petflow’s prices for my cat’s Frommes cat food were the lowest. I always buy two larger bags. It was in stock, was packaged great and came quicker than I imagined. Petflow is my New place. Thank you Petflow.
