Last time,I ordered,said in stock but wasn't! Had to wait over 5 weeks to receive! But now they seem on top of it! I got within a few days! Prices are great too!

Great Service! Saw an email about an issue with my payment method and figured I'd answer it the next day. They called me to make sure I knew my order was delayed and updated the billing info directly - got my order 2 days later. Very pleasant to work with, the order was right, and everything went great! Will definitely use them again.

PetFlow is great! The website is intuitive. The turnaround time for orders, including contacting our vet for approval for a Rx cat food, was very short - about a day. Customer service is also very good. The food is crazy expensive but it's crazy expensive everywhere else too. PetFlow is now our go-to store for crazy expensive prescription cat food. ;-)
