Great experience with subscription for dog food delivery
I have a recurring subscription for dogfood delivery. I especially like that I can choose the spacing between the delivery dates according to our needs. Sometimes the food goes faster than others (because we occasionally have 2 dogs to feed in the house). The website is easy to work with, the additional offers are always great and the quality of the merchandise never disappoints. I am very happy with Petflow!

My order for 2 cases of cat food didn't…
My order for 2 cases of cat food didn't go through because your website said OUT OF STOCK. So, I ordered elsewhere. Next thing I know the order from you guys went through, visa charge and all, but so did my "elsewhere" order. Now I have 4 cases of cat food. Ugh......

I was able to find grain free treats…
I was able to find grain free treats for my dogs and the treats my cats love also. The items are set up in a subscription that delivers before I run out each month. That’s convenient for me. Customer service is also great.

Overall experience was excellent…
Overall experience was excellent however, the quality of cardboard used for a 30 lb bag of dog food is somewhat flimsy to go through the shipping process. A couple of times the box has been damaged.
