Ordered twice when they said items in stock and both orders cancelled. Will not order again.

I've been waiting two (2) weeks for a bag of kitten food. First, it was stuck in Vegas (not scanned by FedEx or some nonsense), then it wasn't sent immediately. I stated in the inquiry it's for my foster kittens, so I didn't want to go to a store and buy another bag in the interim. It should have been overnighted, expedited, expressed, etc. to get it to me ASAP. This is unacceptable.

Ordered wet cat food by Hills Science diet for thyroid care y/d. At the time item was in stock. However by the time it was ready to ship no longer in stock. Waited until I saw same item back in stock and again the same thing happened. Item no longer in stock. PetFlow should not advertise an item being in stock when it actually is back ordered. My cat won’t eat the same in dry food. For me it’s a big problem.

Placed a large order for dog food. Used a coupon. Order flagged for fraud and wasn’t notified until I reached out and they refused to ship the order.

I ordered Hills Y/d thyroid wet catfood twice. Website said in stock both in September and now October got email twice from site said was now not in stock. I will never order from Petflow again site is very misleading.

Very frustrating and in the end disappointing.

My order was cancelled and I did not received any notifications. I ran out of dog food waiting for this. Will not use ver again.

Pet flow kept canceling my order and asking me to resubmit it even though it was out of stock. They gave me deep discounts on the order but they were never able to deliver it. This is a serious situation because my cat cannot live without her prescription food. They said a manager would call but they never did. I ordered from Chewy and they delivered the order within 24 hours on a weekend. Thanks to Chewy my cat is alive. Do not order from pet flow, they will not fulfill your order. They are unprofessional and their customer service is The worst I have ever experienced!! I would give them less than one star but I do not have that option.
