A shipping confirmation would be very helpful.

After years of loyalty, I decided to quit using the “other” online pet store when they chose to become political. That’s when I found Petflow. I’m happy with their service so far. Their website isn’t as user friendly or visually appealing as I was used to but they have almost all of the products I prefer.

My order was delivered correctly and timely, but 1/3 of the cans in the order were dented. The shipping box did not seem to be damaged and it appeared to me that the cans were dented in production or in the warehouse. It did not affect the quality of the product, but was a disappointment in that the cans did not stack well which was a nuisance for storage.

Switched from a different online supplier due to their stances and so far pretty pleased with Petflow. Delivery takes a day or two longer but that I can adjust to. The prices are the same or comparable. Seems they reuse boxes they received in to ship out orders. All in all a good switch so far.

Shipment was somewhat later than I expected but given high demand on delivery companies I understood! All arrived in great shape.

Took longer than expected but not upset. When will you stock royal canin 12+ For small dogs?

Only negative thing was not being able to see order after putting in billing and payment....after I filled that section, when clicking next, it said thank you for your order, and then that’s when it showed the order.....my order showed I ordered 2 of a product and it should had only been 1 quantity. Could not change or correct it, but other than that, everything was good. I just would had liked to had seen the order before processing order.

Good pricing and product. Shipping was a little slower than I anticipated. But overall experience was good.
