It's so easy to order and have the bulky dog food delivered right to your door. Now if i could only train our Goldendoodle to carry the bag upstairs

Petflow always lets me know when my dogfood is due to ship & many times I end up changing the monthly delivery date by a couple weeks because my dog isn't eating as much. I like that flexibility & I like that they remind me about my upcoming order. They have a good selection of foods & their pricing is competitive. I have been a customer for the better part of a decade now & plan on staying put.

We had a problem with our dog becoming ill and would no longer eat the special science diet food we had previously purchased from PetFlow. They quickly responded and helped us by replacing the food with another brand that she would eat and also giving us credit to our account.

I purchase Fromm dog food as the closest distributor is 25 miles away and I get it from Petflow the next day for the same price. Great service!

I’ve been a customer for many years. Product descriptions are accurate and pricing is good. Shipping is always as scheduled and if applicable, subscriptions are consistent and on time. There used to be a small discount when subscribing to items but that seems to no longer be the case.
