VERY HELPFUL AND GOOD PRICES. Shipping took like 5 days.

Petflow has a great selection including foods not found in your local pet supply store. Good pricing, no deliver fees if you reach the limit required. My only negative is the delivery. Sometimes it arrives quickly and other times it takes 3-4 days longer than expected. I think this is not the fault of Petflow but it can still be a challenge.

Fast shipping, friendly customer service when I needed it, great prices. Disappointed that two of my bags were only a few months away from expiring, but I should still use it in time. Would buy from again!

The products and the customer service are top notch, the prices are good, the website / ordering process is frustrating at times. Trying to adjust the auto ship with more or less products can be difficult. Needs a way when you are in editing products to add more products without having to go to the shopping section and then add to auto ship, then back to autoship to review, would be nice to just be able to add products directly from the autoship edit page.

Product arrived in timely manner. Box was falling apart and appeared to have been resealed by carrier. Good prices, fast service, need to improve on packing.

I ordered 2 items. The first shipped promptly and arrived ahead of schedule. The second was out of stock and is still out of stock 10 days later. I will probably continue ordering from PetFlow, but it would be helpful if they could restock on a more timely schedule.

I was happy to find my cats favorite treat ball, Friskies pull and peel. The only downfall is that the pull and peel treats were expired by several years.
