Products arrive quickly

It happens, especially when you move to a new area. Exceptions during delivery, contacted PetFlow by text and they were on it. They called me to verify the new address and contacted Fedex. Fedex also called and verified and the next day I received both. Both Fedex and PetFlow were wonderful with fixing the issues. I really love the items you offer and the shipping has been great - even with the current events happening. Thank you again for everything

I enjoy being able to buy premium dog food and have it at my doorstep within a week. I buy the 30lb bag and I don't have to carry it from the store. So convenient.

I received my order sooner than expected. All merchandise was in excellent condition and exactly as described. I found my items much cheaper here. I was very happy with my purchase. I will be purchasing again from here.

All I got to say is I ordered my Friskies canned food on-line because the grocery stores are mostly out of stock. I had previously ordered on Chewy.com and 3 out of 4 cases of canned food arrived seriously dented. Strangely enough it seems cans on the inside of the case flat were dented as well as outer perimeter ones? I got to say my Pet Flow order arrived quickly and not a single can in any case was dented. Kudos guys!

Always fast, excellent products, free shipping when you buy enough. I prefer making individual orders over auto delivery, as I can never seem to get updated credit card info to roll over.
