I ordered pig ears 2 bags and it took forever and I had to contract Petflow twice just to find my order. No I don’t think I’ll be shopping with you all for awhile.

I placed an order with Chewy and with PetFlow on the same day, within minutes of each other. The Chewy order arrived 3-4 days faster than the PetFlow order. PetFlow has a lot of work to do to get me back. Sorry, PetFlow. I wanted to like you.

You never ever give a coupon or discount only on items I never buy and on auto ship

I order a harness on 2/26 and paid for priority mail and still have not received it.

There are never any incentives for Orijen dog food. When I buy the 25 pound bag and treats your employees put everything together so my dog cookies are all crumbs. I have complained about this before, but get tired of calling to complain.

Shipping took way too long compared to other online pet supply companies. Prices are good. Pet flow should advise of shipping delays when ordering.

Website glitch contributed to wrong item being ordered. No support provided with shipping. While original order met 75 dollar threshold for free shipping I had to pay shipping to have the intended product sent to me. I had to pay to ship the wrong product back as well. Since the error resulted from issues with the website I do not believe I should be made to pay the shipping costs.
