Excellent and easy service. Great product. My senior dog loved it.

My Beagle hound mix has had ear problems since I adopted him one year. After ear washes and meds he still suffers. I had food on auto delivery and could not use. Un opened food Petflow returned it for me at no cost. When things get better with the doctors prescribed food for allergies I will purchase from from Petflow as they accept prescriptions . Thank you. Petflow is great! I get my dog's hard to find kibble sent on a recurring basis. They are always on time, consistent in pricing, and super easy to modify the shipment schedule. One time I messed up the address it was going to, and they were super helpful at getting the shipment info updated.

Thank you for the excellent service. Our order arrived much sooner than anticipated. This was so appreciated since our supply was down to the last can! Not only that, you had readily available, exactly what we needed.
