I had a problem with a delivery not arriving but after my call, the problem was solved with a repeated order that I received today!

I enjoy that a purchase from your site is a donation to needy animals. The pricing is comparable to other sites. The shipping could be better. Sometimes, I get my order in two days and sometimes, it takes eight days. That makes it difficult to time my reorder. I'm sure the scheduled delivery may correct this issue, but I prefer not having automatic deductions for a subscription service. Due to this, I tend to order elsewhere when I notice it's too late to chance the shipping window. Thus, the 4 stars.

I ordered a toy for my puppy and it wasn't included in my shipment

Some unusual items that I haven't seen elsewhere, like the freeze dried minnows that my puppy loves to no end. Only bad note is the shipping takes a bit longer than other pet food items. I'll definitely be making another purchase here.

My pets food was in stock which is great! I have a hard time finding it locally. However the shipping was so slow. Definitely not a last time purchase. Need to plan in advance.

Trusted site for our products, good service, quick delivery. Only 4 stars because it would be nice if PetFlow offered some discounts once in a while - especially for return customers.

you would get 5 stars if you stopped the automatic shipping stuff, I should be able to opt out once and never see it again
