Service and shipping are good. Your company has the dog food I use. Chewy no longer carries it, so I have changed to PetFlow.

Came through in a pinch. I needed food for our outdoor adopted cat and PetFlow got it to us. I told this to the sales representative and they said they would try to get it there. Then I ordered another order of food and they sent it out quicker, right fast I say. Unfortunately the ship arrival date was on a Sunday so the delivery was for Monday. Then found out it was late in arrival to the city so it was to come Tuesday. Called FedEx,, I panicked, this is the only food he will eat I told her, she said she would see what see could do. Friskies was stopping the line and the shelves were empty. I told this to the sales representative and they said they would try to get it there. Well, to make it short all came in together and birds and other small creatures were saved from certain death and my cat was happy again. Thanks PetFlow and FedEx.

I felt it took longer than another service I had for delivering the food . Other than that all is good

I like how their packaging comes in plain black boxes that way no one knows the contents. As for the shipping for some reason the day it is supposed to arrive always gets bumped out to the next day and the next. Could be FedEx's fault but I have to watch for it so it doesn't disappear and ruins my schedule. They do have the cat food in stock from across the country that I need.

Good service, they had the dog food we needed, my only concern was it took a week to receive it. Maybe the shipping company was slow, usually 3-5 days wait time is ok.

I normally use Chewy's but I'm looking for another company for auto delivery so I decided to give this company a try. Their communication was fantastic. I gave them 4 stars because of limited supplies but they did a great job of keeping me updated on the status of my order. Their prices are reasonable and I will buy from them again.

I really enjoy Petflow's convenience and the fact that I get the orders delivered easily. However, your website used to be very user friendly, but recently it has changed and I am having a terrible time being able to adjust my order with both how many of the products I order and changing the delivery date. It is nearly impossible to make changes in my order. Last time I had to call and I would much prefer making changes online. Anything you can do to make the website more user friendly? It was fine the way it was before.

Product is good. Price was fine. Delivery took longer than I expected. Plan ahead!
