They don't care about pets or pet owners. Stick with Chewy
I usually do not give negative reviews (or positive reviews either for that matter). But I am so irked...fuming at the incompetence of this business. My experience was awful. Awful. I ordered two items that they showed having in stock, which Chewy (that I usually use) had none of. Vet approval was required which I knew. About a week passed and Vetsource which Petflow uses to secure Vet approval was unsuccessful in getting the approval. Petflow wrote and said Vetsource could not get the approval. Given that the vet hospital that cares for my dog is one of the largest in the country, this surprised me. (Chewy gets it instantly as they are electronically tied to vets.). I called Petflow and I told them I was surprised. What can I do to assist, as we are accustomed to getting quick approval. The woman who answered was quite rude and said that "we are a small company" and could not help. I dug into my papers and found the original script (which I had to get when and sent it to them, which they acknowledged receipt of. Then five days later, they canceled saying they never got the food from the manufacturer. Now if there is one thing that I don't like is ordering, paying and finding out that the company never had the merchandise to start with. Mark the item "sold out" please. And if there is one thing I hate (yes hate) is going on the website and seeing the items still showing "in stock" and available. I am a pet owner and this is my living, breathing bundle of joy. I'm not ordering a pillow, a toothbrush, a squeeze toy. I am ordering food to keep my baby healthy and to extend his life. You are playing with pet owners and their dogs/cats lives. Really a cruel thing to do. So goodbye and good riddance Petflow...Chewy, you have nothing to worry about!!!
