Taste of the Wild canned dog food cans have been not been full. This has happened our last 2 orders. We will be looking to order from another vendor.

I purchase more products from Chewy online or at Chuck and Don's in the store. PetFlow just doesn't have the variety that other stores have. Their return policy isn't as good as Chewy. However, Chewy no longer carries Nutrisource, but I didn't know when I would be able to get to the store to purchase more. And our local stores do not carry the small breed Nutrisource that Petflow does.

Your Blue Buffalo Dog food as DOUBLED in price since I started buying from this site. If I want a better price I have to sign up for AutoShip... (plus I do not want companies attached to my financial accounts where you ship and charge whenever you want). I've stopped using PETFLOW exclusively for purchasing dog food and try to find it elsewhere at a more reasonable cost.

I ordered Pet Flow & Chewy back to back. A couple or three days later Chewy message package arrived while on that same day Pet Flow messaged package shipped. Delivery from that point took longer than Chewy. So - slower fulfilment + slower shipping = why buy from Pet Flow unless we must?

Deliveries are fine. Same as chewy and price is good. My gripe is that ever since I signed up for emails I’ve been getting an insane amount of emails from a few dozen different websites and have been having to spend a lot of time unsubscribing to crap I never subscribed to. It’s pretty annoying. So ridiculous that it’s legal for companies to sell our emails like this.

It should not be necessary to engage with customer service in order to cancel an auto ship arrangement.

Two of the three cases of wet dog food were delivered, one was missing. After a call the problem was resolved. Secondly, most cans, for some reason are packed dented some severely. To keep my business that must be corrected

The boxes the bags of dog came in were literally falling apart, I'm surprised they made it to my house still in them.
