I have two cats, one of them has IBD. Recently I ordered two different types of Nutrisource canned cat food to try and switch it up a little for them. However, after two cans of the new food he started throwing up each time I fed him. So one type of the food is fine, the other he does not handle well at all. I called your customer service asking if there was any way I could return it and was told no. However your representative refunded my money and ordered a replacement shipment for me. I will donate the food I cannot use to a cat rescue organization that is near my location. Thank you for being responsive in such a positive way!

I'm sure I've reviewed before, but my opinion stays the same....... I love the prices, choices of food and treats, but most especially the rapidity with which I receive my items! Even when I'm running low I can count on receiving my "baby's" food in a timely manner. People may see Chewy ads on TV but as for me I'm sticking with PetFlow. :) I also appreciate the Norton Protection.
