Hello, Good Morning! I was made aware of your website, due to my daughter and her boyfriends' puppy, who is almost a year old. We order food from your website for the puppy and he seems to really like it. Other foods he was on as a younger pup, didn't seem to adjust with his system. So far so good. I have ordered 2 30lb bags of the Nutrisource chicken and rice adult for him. However, the last bag that was ordered was delivered, but inside the box, the bag was ripped in the upper left hand corner and the dogfood was all over inside of the box. Accidents happen, I just worry, due to our family pet food with possible contamination. I did call your company, and they offered to send a free replacement 30lb bag out, due to the accident. This was a very nice gesture. So far, your company seems very reputable, and our new addition to our family, is very happy with the food he is eating so far. so thank you very much for us being able to find your company for our furbaby!

I tried the Fromm white fish. My dog likes it but the fromm salmon food worked better for his skin allergies. Great service from petflow, really fast delivery.
