Packages were delivered promptly, but two containers of the cat litter were leaking. In fact, one had the pour-spout open, so there was lots of loose litter in the box. Just FYI... when we buy cat litter from Chewy, the boxes come wrapped in plastic, so if a box gets damaged in shipment, the loose litter is contained. I know this adds to packaging costs, but as a consumer, it helps me avoid messes when I unpack the shipping boxes.

I would have been nice to have been told there would be a delay in my order, instead of having me call and being told they have no clue when the order would be sent. I contacted me vet to find an alternative, because you never would give me a status. I am thinking of paying a little more and just going with my vdt instead of dealing with you.

My overall experience is ok. My biggest complaint is not being able to cancel auto ship without making a phone call or going to live chat. Also, any coupons that I might have cannot be applied to auto ship. Or at the very least its not easy to do.

Shipping time was the only problem.

The sweet tater bones are very hard, and other places I have purchased them they are soft. My dog has a hard time eating them. Not sure why this bag is different, it's almost like it's been sitting in a warehouse for a long time.

Unable to get the prescription I needed for my dog.

It was my 1st order & I used the Hill's $10 off coupon as it gave me the best deal. I got an email saying one of my items was out of stock at the warehouse but the rest of the order would ship right away. It was a small item, so I didn't think about it, but when I got my invoice, the total was almost $10 more because without that item, my order didn't qualify. It was a shock & disheartening to say the least. The rest of the order arrived in good shape, but the rather large change to my total kind of left a bad taste.

They said they had an item in stock but didn't.
