Items are received in a timely manner

When I revived my puppy food I was so surprised of how the food was nicely packed with a ice bag.I gave my puppy the food for the 1st time today & when I say I felt good to know my puppy is now eating healthier I was hype! after my puppy finish eating you could see the excitement on his face. He was looking for more but we half to take it slow. It was also directions on how to switch you puppy over to new food witch I thought was kool. Thank you making my life easier with my new mini poodle.

Just always have why I need and it comes timely, even during Covid

I need special food for my dog, I called and the agent handled everything efficiently and politely. I get my two different prescription foods in 3 days. I was impressed.

Order was delayed due to a snow storm, I contacted them and they were very responsive and accommodating.

I have been using Pet Flow for several years. I can find quality dog food, quality dog toys, treats, and other quality dog related items. I was very pleased with this last order and the personal service when I had a question. The convenience of home delivery is fantastic. What was fun for me was when my dog looked into the box, saw a toy he had never seen before, but he KNEW it was for him. He was totally delighted is having a great time with that toy. My recommendation is “Yes!”
