I had to order for the first time. Hill's Prescription diet food for my Lab. I purchased on the Pet Flow web site. It then sent me a link to upload the prescription from the Vet to Pet Flow and match my purchase order number to the prescription. I then received and E mail from Pet Flow that do to the overwhelming e mails that the oder might take some time for the approval and shipment. I called Pet Flow customer service directly. They saw all my documentations for the order. They immediately pushed the order right then. Within three days we received our order for Zoe. I appreciated the person who helped us that day. DW

We have been using Petflow for years with two dogs. The auto system is so easy to use and the pricing is competitive with the local "Big Box" stores and it is delivered. Phone customer service has always been immediately responsive to any problems/needs.
