Wasn’t overly impressed with the service. Was my first time using them, glad I was in no hurry.

I would give you 5 stars except you all did not know Royal Canin had discontinued my cat food. I made a $151 order and was told it was on its way of course all by computer I am sure. But Royal Canin is not fulfilling its orders. Apparently you are not keeping up with your companies. This is crucial when you have pet food that requires vet approval and pets that have medical issues. Discontinuing food by these companies is serious for us and we depend on distributors like you to be aware. Now I have to deal with a big problem and a cat who does not eat and starves.

I was happy to find Royal Canin feline urinary SO. Unfortunately, the ordering fulfillment process was very bad. It took many days of my calling and emailing to help the ordering team. They kept saying “ we’re reaching out to our pharmacy team” and nothing would happen. My vet clinic kept saying that they were not contacted. I finally forwarded the email from Petflo which said they were having a difficult time reaching the vet clinic ( they always answer for me and their fax machine works) to the veterinarian owner. I am not sure if she called or not but finally I have received a notification my order has shipped. So, now that it has shipped, I have no idea when it will arrive. The tracking number given reports nothing. So, I am glad they had the product I need, but unsure when or if it will get here. Glad I used PayPal so I can get my money back if it doesn’t arrive. One stop shopping for pet food is wonderful. We love ordering from PetFlow. Orders are accurate and timely. That said, this last order was a big order for us: 2 - 30 pound bags of dog food and 1 - 20 pound bag of cat food. It was all put in one standard weight corrugated box and not a more industrial weighted box. It was impossible to move, nevermind lift or drag into the house. That poor cardboard box was weakened from the excessive weight forced on it and the thin tape was straining to stay together. Frankly, when one tiny cut was made to the tape (good things we jumped back), and the box burst open. All the bags of food were intact. Questionable decision on how to pack and ship.

They had the product I wanted, but shipping was awfully slow. I ended up having to go to the pet store (which I obviously didn't want to do) to pick up food while we waited for the shipment.

My dog bowls came in broken :( The team was very helpful with getting me my shipment prior to its arrival tho.

i really want to love petflow - i hate lugging dog food back from the store... BUT... your packing of cases of canned food is totally inadequate to stand up to shipping. ESPECIALLY the abuse that FEDEX heaps on its packages. once recently they delivered a box containing a 25 pound bag of kibble which was loose in the box which had been slashed by FEDEX during shipping and then carefully taped up to conceal the damage which had to have been apparent to them - the kibble was loose in the shipping box b/c even the bag had been ripped. and my last shipment was even worse - 4 cases of canned dogfood which i witnessed the FEDEX guy throw onto my brick patio - 8 cans were literally split open. you all replaced the whole case but still i just can’t deal with this aggravation - and plan to start buying from my local store again even tho they are much more expensive. too bad.
