This was my first order at Petflow and it was an amazing experience. Not only did they have the product I needed when other online pet suppliers didn’t but they had it at a competitive price. The product was delivered to my home very quickly. I was concerned about the expiration date because it was food but there was no need to worry as there was 16 months before it expires. I will definitely use Petflow again!

I've been looking for an online site where I could buy my cat's prescription cat food. All online stores were out of the food we needed and it's been months since my kitty has had his special food. I finally found PetFlow and saw that they did have my cat's prescription food. I gave them my vet's info so they could verify the prescription for the food. It didn't take but a couple of weeks and my cat's food was at my doorstep. I am more than happy at the customer service and the speed in which the process took. Now I'm sure it will be even faster next time I order since we don't have to get the vet's approval. Thank you PetFlow.
