One of the best customer service experiences I’ve ever had! I’m a first time customer with Pet flow. My dog’s specialty food was out of stock with all other online vendors, so I went directly to the manufacturer’s website which directed me to Pet Flow. I placed my order and got a confirmation stating the order would be shipped out the following day. I started to worry when I didn’t get a shipment notification the next day ( I was running very low on my dogs food and was scared we would run out before we could get more). So, I went to Pet Flows website and used their instant messaging service to find out the status of the order. The CSR apologized for the delay, stating that they were running a little behind. When I told her that I was scarcely low on my dogs food and explained how much trouble I’ve had finding it, she took it upon herself to reach out to the Pet flow warehouse and ask that they rush the order out. I received the order 2 days later! Thank you Pet Flow for ensuring my pets needs were met ♥️

I have a cat who can't live without SO Royal Canin cat food. I went to buy some on line. I was disappointed when they said temporarily out of stock. So I tried three other food stores and all where out. I got scared because she would die without it! I look on one web site that had it but was selling it for over $7 for a 3 oz can. GREED!!!! SO I WENT TO ROYAL CANIN WEB SITE AND FOUND PETFLOW. I COULDNT BE HAPPIER. My angel cat will live for months. You saved her. God bless

Ordering on line was easy.... Since my dog food was prescription, I did receive e-mails from PetFlow that explained what I needed to do to receive my order. The were very helpful.

Petflow has been efficient in getting us our ordered products quickly. When I have had to call with questions, they are always courteous and helpful. I would highly recommend them.
