My order was handled very expediently!! I was very satisfied since this was important to my dog's new diet to control his diabetes!

This was my first time ordering from this company and after a week had not received notice that my order had shipped. I sent an email and after doing so, I decided to check my junk folder and had discovered that they indeed had sent a email saying they had attempted 10 times to contact our local vet to get the ok for the prescription food I had requested. Once I called them and sent the written script I was thrilled that we received the food on our doorstep in 2 days! I was completely out of food and was so impressed with the quick turn around. They were extremely kind and understanding of the matter and in no way were they responsible in not getting the order here sooner. I have a diabetic cat and this food has been difficult to get during Covid. I so much appreciate that they cared in getting the food to us in a timely fashion.

I've had nothing but good from PetFlow. I have had a hard time finding the cat food my cats love and YOU have had it. It arrives in good time too.

Easy to get a hold of knowledgeable a person if you have questions! Thank you for being so helpful. Also, used them for the first time to purchase prescription dog food and was super easy! I just gave them the name of my vet and they took care of everything. Received it in I think 2 days!
